The Doctors of Chiropractic at Old Towne Chiropractic Services are uniquely trained to remove subluxations in the spine (misalignments), thus relieving nerve interference. Assuring our body’s vital energy pathways are open is a necessary prerequisite to heath and healing.

INSURANCE

Insurance coverage varies greatly ranging from a large deductible and a percentage of the bill, to no deductible and 100% coverage. If your insurance policy is qualified by our office and proven to cover chiropractic care, it is generally the policy of the office to accept assignment for part of the bill, so that you have less out of pocket expenses. This enables you to put your entire family under chiropractic care without great financial burden.

It is important that you understand that medical insurance and accident insurance policies are an arrangement between your insurance carrier and you, the patient. Of course, this office will prepare any necessary reports and forms to assist you in receiving reimbursement from your insurance company. However, you must clearly understand and agree that our services are charged directly to you, and that you are personally responsible for all charges.

WORKERS COMPENSATION AND PERSONAL INJURY

Our first and primary goal is to restore our patients to pre-injury status as quickly as possible. Automobile accidents or other personal injury coverage varies greatly, similar to major medical policies. It is not uncommon to encounter deductibles, and co-pays with accident coverage. Workers compensation laws are established to protect the worker as well as the employer. Workers compensation cases will require employer verification of the injury.

PAYMENT PLANS

The purpose of our office is to provide quality chiropractic services to those desiring or in need of chiropractic care. Payment is expected when services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made. This office accepts cash and check as well as MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards as means of payment. Old Towne Chiropractic Services is not a financial institution, yet will accept payment arrangements on an individual basis if necessary, provided a mutually feasible plan can be devised.
